Do you provide dedicated IP address ?
Yes, we provide dedicated IP address to all our customers, on request. There is a charge of 3USD per month billed annually for an IP address. All VPS and dedicated server packages comes pre-bundled with 2 IP addresses.
Do you provide SSH ?
Yes, we provide SSH facility to our clients. SSH is not open to public, so you should submit a support ticket with your local IP address requesting shell access and we will open SSH for your IP only on our firewall.
Do you provide frontpage ?
We do not provide frontpage 2000 to 2003 on our shared and reseller servers as it is not supported by cPanel anymore. However on VPS and Dedicated servers, you can have it if you need.
How can I upgrade ?
Simply login to our client area and you will be able to upgrade or downgrade on your own. Or you could submit a support ticket and our billing department will take care of the plan change for you in less than an hour. For dedicated and VPS customers, the upgrade or downgrade can take anywhere between 6 to 24 hours..

How long does it take to get an account ?
For Shared and Reseller hosting, your account is created as soon as the payment/transaction completes successfully.
For VPS-es the product is delivered in less than 6 hours after payment/transaction is completed.For dedicated servers, it takes a maximum of 24 hours after the payment is received.
What are the specs of my server ?
The server spec varies from plan to plan. In general, we offer Intel Quad Core processors, with RAID protected SATA2 storages and plenty of RAM than that you can imagine. For detailed spec info, please get in touch with our customer support through our helpdesk
